29 January: Exhibition early fee deadline (prices for booths go up after this date)
3 March: Early-bird registration deadline (presenter and chair registration deadline)
3 March: Cancellation deadline without charges
4 March: Late registration fees apply
16 March: Room reservation deadline
25 March: Payment deadline for early bird registration
