A SOP template compiled in the project DaNa is available for Download.<\/p><p>&#xA0;<\/p><h3>Standard Operating Procedures &#x2013; validated<\/h3><p>In general, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) describe the exact procedure within a process. Frequently recurring work processes are described in text form and explained to the persons carrying out the work.<\/p><p>The following steps are always involved from the creation to the introduction of an SOP:<\/p><ul><li>Documentation (for example description of a process)<\/li><li>Examination by a second person with signature and applied criteria<\/li><li>Information and training of those concerned<\/li><li>Change Management<\/li><\/ul><p>&#xA0;<\/p><p>A SOP includes a unique identification, a validity date or period, a version number, and the names of the creator, auditor and the deallocating person with the respective signatures. It should be clear who specified what and when thereby ensuring traceability at all times.<\/p><p>&#xA0;<\/p><h3>DaNa SOP-Template<\/h3><p>On the basis of careful scientific practise, the DaNa project team has compiled a SOP-template for nano-specific application areas. In this section, you will find the DaNa SOP-template for Download as a Word document with important notes for filling in the SOP-Template.<\/p><p><strong>Please use this Word-Document as your SOP-template.
